LOUIS (KMOV.com) – The bill asking for $80 million in St. Louis City money for a Major League Soccer stadium may not be moving forward.Christine Ingrassia, a sponsor of the bill in the Board of Alderman, tweeted that the bill asking for city money would not appear on April’s ballot, but she did not rule out a future for Major League Soccer in the city.
